2. What data is collected and forwarded
The personal data we process is data about you as a client, collected when you place an order and visit gloryday.eu, i.e. when you fill out the Declaration of Client Consent, data about you as an employee of gloryday.eu based on the Labor Act and other valid regulations, when you make payments through bank account or when establishing and executing contractual relations between you and Gloryday, which can be directly or indirectly connected to you. These are the following data: full name and surname, phone number(s), residential address, e-mail address, date of birth, OIB, bank details in the case of bank payments.

6. Use of data

We use your personal data in full compliance with legal provisions.
The personal data that you make available to us when you place an order and arrive at Gloryday, when you fill out the Client Consent Statement, when you make payments through the bank or when establishing and executing contractual relations between you and Gloryday, will be collected and processed exclusively within fulfilling our legal obligations (for example, employee data that Gloryday is obliged to collect according to the Labor Act) or contractual obligations towards you based on your consent.
After you have given us your explicit consent, we will use your data to deliver materials related to the services in question, mutual communication, including congratulating you on your birthday, and related actions and activities, as well as to inform you about Gloryday’s service offer, promotions with discounts , novelties, workshops, educations, promotions, and for the purpose of promoting Gloryday.

7. Security and data transfer

To protect your data, we use passwords, web firewalls, antivirus programs and other security measures according to the current state of technology. When communicating via e-mail, data security during transmission can only be guaranteed according to the current state of the art.

The client’s information specified in the Client’s Declaration of Consent is kept in the original of the aforementioned declaration and in electronic form. The originals of said statements are stored in a cabinet, access to which is protected by a key, and access to Gloryday’s client list to customer data from the statement, which is stored in electronic form, is protected by a password. The retention period for said data is two years from the date of the client’s last interaction with Gloryday. Original Client Consent Statements are mechanically destroyed two years after the date of the Client’s last interaction with Gloryday.

The director (owner) Gloryday as the responsible person has access to the list of client data and client consent statements. Each client has the right to view personal data about him/her in the list of Gloryday clients that are processed about him/her (for example, in the list of service users).

The personal data provided by the client for the purpose of payment through the bank are collected in electronic form and stored on the computer, with access protected by a password. The director (owner) of Gloryday has access to the above data. The period of storage of said data is determined in accordance with applicable regulations, especially accounting regulations.

Personal data that is collected is kept as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose of data collection and processing. Customer data specified in the Client’s Statement of Consent collected for the purpose of sending notifications about Gloryday’s services and its promotion are kept until the client withdraws consent, and no later than two years from the date of the client’s last interaction with Gloryday by the contact person and Employees of Gloryday who have the right and authority to access personal data collected by Gloryday, by signing the Confidentiality Statement, commit themselves to permanently maintaining the confidentiality of personal data and acting in accordance with applicable legislation and Gloryday rules.

Your personal data may be forwarded / handed over to certain contract partners of Gloryday, if Gloryday decides to engage them.
Namely, we can engage certain partners to fulfill our obligations (for example, accounting service) and services, communication with members, management of our online presence and access, fulfillment of some of the purposes stated in this Statement. Your personal data will be forwarded to Gloryday’s contractual partner if it is necessary to perform a specific service related to you. Considering the nature, scope, purpose of the collection, use and processing of personal data by Gloryday, including the fact that the collection, use and processing is not on a large scale, nor are special categories of personal data collected, namely Gloryday and its services are not subject to the legal obligation to appoint a personal data protection officer, Gloryday has no such officer appoint

8. Right of revocation, provision of information, change of data and contact

By signing the Client Consent Statement or using our website, you agree to the use of your personal data in the manner described in the Client Consent Statement and this Data Protection Statement.
