Comfrey oil gel and Devil’s Claws

Comfrey oil gel, according to an old tradition and a slightly newer recipe, can be used for light massages as a support for:

And at the end, a drop of powerful Frankincense essential oil, because of its strong anti-inflammatory properties, but also because the smell of Frankincense relaxes the tense psyche, which is a frequent cause of pain or tension in the body.
